Ashley C. Martin, CFP^®, MBA, AEP^®

Ashley is a Partner at Matter Family Office, where she works closely with families to align their wealth with their values, priorities, and long-term vision. She works with families across investment strategy, estate planning, cash flow management, and family communication, helping them navigate complexity with clarity and confidence. In addition to her client work, Ashley leads Matter’s Wealth Planning and Coordination Committee, shaping how the firm delivers integrated advice across client teams. She joined Matter in 2014 after beginning her career at Mercer Investment Consulting, where she worked with institutional and private wealth clients.

Ashley holds an undergraduate degree in Business Finance and an MBA. She is a CFP® certificate and an AEP® (Accredited Estate Planner). In 2017, she co-founded the St. Louis Women in Investments Network (STLWIN), creating a space for mentorship, connection, and career development for women in the industry. Through lunch-and-learns, networking events, and social gatherings, STLWIN supports women in building and growing their careers in investment management.

Ashley loves spending time with her family and enjoys summer days outside; camping, hiking, and gardening with her husband, daughter, and dog. A former collegiate cross-country athlete, she remains passionate about fitness and does her best to maintain an active lifestyle when her schedule allows.
