Ashley Ulicni

Ashley brings a strong foundation in customer service and team support to her role at Matter. She was drawn to our firm’s thoughtful approach to planning and communication—both of which she believes are essential values in life—and our deep commitment to helping families thrive. With a natural eye for organization and a talent for keeping things running smoothly, Ashley plays a key role in supporting Matter families with care and precision.

Ashley has a background in fashion design and developed her strengths in fast-paced retail environments where multitasking, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail were essential. Today, she brings those skills to her role at Matter, supporting our team with everything from calendar management and logistics coordination to organizing key information to help families better understand their long-term goals. She is also a notary public in the state of Missouri.

Outside of work, Ashley finds joy in all things creative. Inspired by her mother and grandmother, she loves sewing, thrifting, and transforming preloved fabrics into one-of-a-kind dog clothes. Her free time is often spent exploring new restaurants, practicing yoga, watching scary movies, and enjoying quality time with her favorite people—and her very cuddly bichon frise, Lulu.
