Emily Rodriguez

Emily specializes in providing clear, personalized financial oversight to Matter’s multigenerational clients. She prepares detailed financial reports, reconciles accounts, manages cash flow analyses, and ensures accurate and timely general ledger entries across multiple entities. Her precision, discretion, and service-oriented mindset help our client families feel confident and cared for. 

Emily is also known for bringing warmth and camaraderie to our office. She collaborates closely with our advisory and tax teams to streamline financial reporting, support budgeting and forecasting, and maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. 

Before joining IWP in 2022, Emily spent more than seven years as a salaried professional consultant with Robert Half International and High Country Staffing, supporting clients across diverse industries including property management, healthcare, IT, and investment services. She also held a key accounting role at Air Methods Corporation, where she led an enterprise-wide software implementation and trained over 6,000 employees.

Emily earned her Associate of Arts in business management, graduating with honors. She is an IRS-certified tax preparer, a notary public in the state of Colorado, and holds CPR and First Aid certifications. Outside of work, she supports her family’s business operations, manages accounting functions for her husband’s mechanic shop, and prepares tax returns for her household. She also enjoys sharing her love of cooking and community.
