Sydney Slazinik

Sydney wears many hats at Matter. She manages high-touch projects for multiple client families, communicating their unique ideas, needs, and visions to our internal Matter team with clarity and care. Fueled by a genuine love for communication and human connection, she brings empathy, organization, and a calm sense of direction to even the most complex projects.

Before joining Matter, Sydney built her career in customer service and operations, including managing a successful coworking startup where she fostered community and connection from the ground up. Her background in hospitality gives her a unique ability to anticipate needs and create seamless client experiences.

Sydney earned her BS in human environmental sciences from the University of Missouri. She enjoys exploring Denver’s restaurant scene with friends, catching live music, and indulging in her favorite reality TV shows.
