Everyone at Matter appreciates Celia’s spirited and collaborative nature. She brings a proactive, team-first approach to her work and promotes clarity, communication, and continuous improvement across our operational and administrative processes.
An administrative expert, Celia provides essential support across our operations to drive accuracy, efficiency, and alignment in daily processes. Her responsibilities span key compliance activities, routine administrative functions, and coordination of specialized requests, all while ensuring structured onboarding and training practices are in place to set teams up for long-term success.
Celia also manages and maintains crucial data and workflow systems, ensuring information is current, backlogs are resolved, and audit procedures are executed with precision and consistency. She loves exploring new platforms and technologies, and finding and testing inventive solutions that help her team work smarter and elevate the Matter client experience.
Besides her administrative expertise, Celia brought a background in client service, commercial real estate, human resources, and community development research to our firm when she joined the IWP team in 2021. She also worked with family- and minority-owned small businesses and low-income entrepreneurs to strengthen their organizations for sustainability and growth.
When she’s not working or volunteering, Celia enjoys exploring the outdoors, attending music festivals, playing soccer, watching films, and creating photographs.
