JP Elmblad, MBA
JP is a trusted resource and coordinator for Matter’s client families, working alongside our relationship managers to keep projects moving smoothly. His work at Matter spans estate planning support, investment and vendor management, and navigating sensitive family issues, ensuring all initiatives are practical, thoughtful, and well-coordinated.
Before joining IWP, JP was chief of staff for a private single-family office based in Denver and Texas, where he oversaw initiatives in real estate, consulting, and hospitality. He spent over four years prior at Eagle Bay Family Office supporting ultra-high-net-worth families across investment advisory and family office services as the right hand to the CEO and manager of the client service team.
JP has a BA in economics and environmental engineering from Union College and an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology. He was an Innovation Fellow at Stanford University and holds a Series 65 license.
