Josh Zinto
Josh joined Matter in early 2026 and sits in our Denver office. He was drawn to our holistic approach to wealth planning and focus on family learning, and he loves building strong, lasting relationships with Matter families and helping them thrive through every generation. Josh also appreciates our collaborative culture, shared purpose, and commitment to life-long learning.
A graduate of California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, Josh earned a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in accounting and an emphasis in ethics, law, and justice. He then spent time building investment management skills in the commercial real estate space. Before joining Matter, he worked as a financial analyst at a single-family office, deepening his understanding of investment management and client service. His attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and focus on communication have been central to his success.
Outside of work, Josh volunteers at MaxFund, an animal adoption center, where he enjoys mentoring new volunteers and spending time with the dogs. In his free time, he hits the gym, practices yoga, snowboards, and cheers for his favorite teams: the LA Lakers and Philadelphia Eagles.
