Tiffany Herrick
Tiffany joined Matter’s Denver office in 2026. Bringing more than 20 years of financial leadership experience across high-growth companies, she was drawn to our firm’s intentional evolution and strategic partnerships.
Most recently, she served as Vice President of Finance at Oracle, leading global finance teams and acquisition integration. Throughout her career, Tiffany has shaped long-term strategy, built operational plans, and advised executive teams on financial decisions.
At Matter, she serves as the financial strategic partner to the senior leadership team, driving planning and reporting while playing an active role in shaping and executing company strategy. She is deeply involved in Matter’s growth initiatives and develops tools and frameworks to track our business performance.
Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. She also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Denver Botanic Gardens. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, playing tennis, skiing, and traveling.
